Well Wednesday with Jessica – Bruschetta & Guacamole Ciabatta
After several weeks of Well Wednesday sweet treats, Jessica refreshed our palates with not one, but two, savoury delights. Satisfying and moreish, these super quick recipes make for a brilliant sharing starter, a great way to impress family and friends!
You can select your bread of choice - Jessica opted for thinly sliced ciabatta for extra crunch when toasted.

Bruschetta:
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Garlic Salt
- Red Onion
- Basil
- Olive Oil
Method: Chop up fine, mix and leave to rest for 5 mins. Slice your ciabatta bread thinly (toast if you want too) and then spread mix on evenly. Top with some basil leaves and serve.
Guacamole:
- Avocadoes, the riper the better
- Red Chilli
- Lime Juice
- Pinch of salt
- Chopped coriander
Method: Finely dice the red chilli and smash the avocadoes (not too smooth), mix together with juice of lime (to taste), coriander and some sea salt. Slice your ciabatta (toast if you wish) and spread mix on evenly. Serve!
