For our February End of Month, Charlotte hosted her very own circuit training course. First she wanted to introduce our new gym personas...
Charlotte set up 7 different stations in our office upstairs, these included planks, resistance squats, leg raises and more! We did each exercise for 20 seconds, had a 10 second break and then completed the exercises another 3 times, each with a 10 second break. The team were definitely working up a sweat!
Keeping up with our Well-Wednesdays, we are passionate about living healthy lifestyles, and this activity has definitely pushed us in the right direction.
