???? September’s End-of-Month Event: Creativity, Collaboration & Cosy Vibes

While the weather outside was gloomy, the atmosphere inside our riverside office on Friday 3rd October was anything but! This month’s End-of-Month event took a calmer (but no less creative) turn, as led by Jenny, the team came together for a cosy and collaborative Crochet & Knitting Workshop.

With autumn in full swing, it was the perfect time to slow things down and reconnect, not just with each other, but with the skills and knowledge we’ve been building over the past few months.

???? A Stitch in Time… and Training

The workshop wasn’t just about making something with yarn,  though there was plenty of that too! It also served as a creative way to reinforce the weekly training we’ve been delivering across the team. Through a bit of fun and hands-on activity, we found new ways to reflect on what we’ve learned and apply it in unexpected (and memorable) ways.

Whether you were a crochet pro or had never picked up a needle before, everyone was encouraged to give it a go. Sharing best practices, helping each other along, and celebrating small wins ,  it’s what team spirit at Stroud Resourcing is all about.

With the rain falling outside and the river view as our backdrop, the office felt especially welcoming. These relaxed moments, away from our usual routines, are a reminder of why culture matters. We’re intentional about creating spaces where people can recharge, connect, and feel at ease.
