Introducing Our New Team Member!

We’re pleased to introduce our new addition to our team – Charlotte White! Her first fortnight of training in the Stroud Training Academy has been fast-paced and has incorporated a lot of sessions and presentations which have introduced her to the business of recruitment. She has also been familiarised with the specialist sectors which she will be working in, the use of our Customer Relationship Management software (CRM), and our sales strategy.

We have been running regular catch-up sessions where Charlotte has been able to show how much she's learned by talking to one of our other Recruitment Consultants, and has been questioned on what she's learned to help her consolidate it. She has impressed the team with her progress and has definitely hit the ground running!

Our highly bespoke Training Academy covers all aspects of how to recruit and is broken down into bite size chunks. It incorporates an introduction to our clients, candidates, our values, the selling of our services and sales training such as negotiating, influencing and objection handling. 

We look forward to seeing Charlotte grow and develop into specialist recruitment consultants and we wish them every success in the future with us.
