Easter Extravaganza at Stroud!

As we do each month, we celebrated Stroud’s success with a glass of prosecco and chocolate treats. We reviewed our financial performance to date and our targets for the upcoming month and year ahead. We also congratulated Jessica who was awarded Employee of the Month through her exceptional hard work during the past month, and was awarded with TM Lewin vouchers!

We also introduced our Star Badges, which involves creating badges for individuals who have either: Acted as a Great Stroud Ambassador Tackled a tricky situation Achieved something unexpectedly Deserve recognition for a job well done. These badges will be presented to the team the following month and will be added to a sash displayed in the office!

We were split into three groups each as competitive as each other. We were given bunny ears, an egg basket and clues. The team frantically searched for missing eggs using clues which were related to our business.

Following on from this activity, we took part in an Easter quiz and to finish the day, the team went to BrewDog in York for bank holiday drinks ready for a long weekend.
