Did Stroud Escape?

To celebrate our End of Quarter 2, the team were delivered a presentation incorporating our financial performance from this quarter, our awards and our activity for the day. Firstly, Guy Stroud talked us through the business's figures and performance to date. Then we had our 'Talk to Jo' session, whereby the team could speak to Joanna about any problems, or challenges they are facing and how as a team we can overcome them. 

Next our Employee of the Quarter was announced, congratulations to... Jessica! Jessica once again has shown outstanding commitment to her role as a recruiter, she has exceeded her KPIs and has helped to push the business towards our target. Well done! 

We had aspecial announcement, Charlotte White has officially completed the 12-week Academy. She is showing great promise to become an excellent recruiter, she's extremely hardworking and we have watched her confidence in the role grow each week.

For our activity, the team were sent to a secret location... Can You Escape York. We were all very excited to take part in this activity, we were briefed on the task at hand and were led into a room filled with puzzles and clues. We had 60 minutes to solve the puzzles and escape the room. We are happy to say that we escaped, with only 8 seconds to spare! Well done, team!
