What you will do as Pharmacy Manager:
You must be a qualified Pharmacist (GHPC registered) with a proven track record effectively leading a team within a hospital environment through providing excellent clinical and managerial leadership.
We are looking for evidence of exceptional medicine management, working closely with teams you will provide advice and support whilst ensuring the safe, appropriate and cost-effective use of medicines.
You must have experience of managing change and be able to empower the pharmacy team to adopt an integrated team-orientated approach to medicine preparation and administration. Engagement, education and collaborative working across departments is essential.
