Our client is looking for an experienced Ward Manager (RGN) to join their inclusive and welcoming team in Lincolnshire. The role offers a salary of £51,481.50 and excellent benefits. This role is full time, 37.5 Hours per week working predominately Monday – Friday.
It’s an exciting time to be joining the hospital, following significant investment they have fully refurbished their ward department and there are further plans to expand their imaging department. This small but busy private hospital has 18 beds, 2 theatres with Endoscopy and a full equipped physiotherapy department as well as a Good CQC rating and high levels of patient satisfaction.
As Ward Manager (RGN), you will be responsible for overseeing the successful day-to-day running of the ward, pre-assessment and outpatients departments. You will work closely with the SMT to develop the department, focusing on developing and engaging your clinical team and improving the patient pathway.
To apply for this Ward Manager (RGN) role, you must have an active NMC registration and a proven clinical background within surgical ward nursing. You will be confident managing and developing nursing teams, overseeing the ward recruitment and looking after the governance and compliance for your department. Experience previously working within the private sector is desirable.
