Stroud Resourcing is recruiting for a Theatre Manager (RGN/ODP) to join a welcoming and ambitious private hospital based in Somerset. This is a full-time role offering a salary of up to £65,00 and an excellent benefits package. Condensed working hours across 4 days or reduced part-time hours can be considered for the right individual.

It’s an incredibly exciting time to be joining this hospital as they’ve recently invested in their Theatre department and have ambitious plans for the department. Its facilities include 3 theatres, 1 endoscopy theatre, 65 beds, a state-of-the-art imaging department and physiotherapy centre. They offer a variety of complex surgical services for adult patients including orthopaedics, endoscopy, general surgery, gynaecology, ophthalmology, ENT and Oncology. They are proud to have a Good CQC rating and high levels of patient satisfaction.
In this Theatre Management role, you can expect to:
To apply for this Operating Theatre Manager role, you must be a qualified RGN (with current NMC registration) or ODP (with current HCPC registration). To achieve the top end of the salary on offer you must have previous experience managing or supervising theatre teams within the private acute sector. We do also welcome applications from the NHS and from experienced Deputy Theatre Managers looking to progress into a Theatre Management role.
