Senior Mammographer

Stroud Resourcing is recruiting for a caring and passionate Senior Mammographer to join a leading private hospital based in London. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) offers a salary of up to £53,000 and excellent benefits.

This large and busy hospital offers a range of acute services, including complex care with specialities such as cardiology, cancer services, orthopaedics, gastrointestinal medicine, head & neck surgery, and more. Within this role will have the opportunity to work within world-class facilities and have access to the latest radiographic technology and equipment. This Mammography post works predominately shifts between 08:00-18:00. There is the option to work across a 4-day working week if desired.

As a Senior Mammographer, you can expect to:

• You will assist in providing high-quality and effective mammography imaging to your patients, ensuring everyone has a fantastic experience.
• You will support the Lead Radiographer with the running of the department, including mentoring junior colleagues, inspecting equipment and supporting quality initiatives.

To apply for this Senior Mammography role, you must be an HCPC registered Radiographer and have extensive clinical experience working within a mammography setting. To achieve the top end of the salary you will have experience working in a private healthcare setting and have completed your mammography qualification. We do also welcome applications from experienced Band 5 Mammographers looking to step up & progress into a senior position.
