Are you an experienced Clinical Practice Facilitator seeking a challenge in London? Stroud Resourcing is working with a leading healthcare provider to find a Clinical Practice Educator for their welcoming and dedicated theatre team. This role comes with a generous salary of £45,000 and excellent benefits. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours across Monday-Friday. No on-call & no nights! Part time hours can also be considered for the right individual (minimum of 30 hours working across 4 days).
 
It’s an incredibly exciting time to be joining this hospital as they’ve recently expanded the hospital, invested in their Theatre department, and refurbished several key patient areas. Its facilities include 3 theatres, 1 endoscopy theatre, 40 beds, a state-of-the-art imaging department, on-site pharmacy, and cardiac diagnostic facility. They offer a variety of surgical services for both adult and paediatric patients including Orthopaedics, ENT, Plastics, Gynaecology and General Surgery.
 
As the Clinical Practice Facilitator, you will work closely with the nursing teams to facilitate a positive learning environment. You can also expect to:
To apply for this Theatre Clinical Educator role, you will need to be an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN) or HCPC Registered Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) with previous experience working within an operating theatre setting. Prior experience as a Clinical Practice Facilitator or like for like role is essential. You must also have a relevant teaching/education qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE or Masters and Mentoring Qualification).
