Outpatient & Pre-Assessment Manager (RGN)

Stroud Resourcing is looking for an experienced Outpatient & Pre-Assessment Manager (RGN) to join an award-winning, state-of-the-art hospital based in Berkshire. The role offers a salary of up to £58,000 and excellent benefits. This role is full time, 37.5 Hours per week across Monday – Friday.
This luxurious hospital boasts 3 laminar flow theatres, c50 beds, physiotherapy suite, outpatients’ department, onsite pharmacy, and full diagnostics suite. They are busy and offer a wide range of surgical services including Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, General Surgery, ENT and Ophthalmology. They are extremely proud to have a Good CQC rating.

As the Outpatient and Pre-Op Manager (RGN), you will be responsible for overseeing the successful day-to-day running of the pre-assessment and outpatient departments. You will work closely with the SMT to develop the department, focusing on developing and engaging your clinical team and improving the patient pathway.

To apply for this Nurse Manager (RGN) role, you must have an active NMC registration and a proven clinical background within Outpatient or Pre-Assessment nursing. You will also:

• Be confident managing and developing nursing teams, overseeing nurse recruitment and looking after the governance and compliance for your department.
• We welcome applications from experienced Deputy Outpatient or Pre-Assessment Managers or Sisters/Charge Nurses/Clinical Leads looking to move into their first management role.
• To achieve the top end of the salary you must have experience working within the private sector although, we also welcome applications from the NHS.
