Role Responsibilities:

• Working with all departments you will ensure all employees have access to dedicated IPC training and work closely with them to improve patient safety and outcomes.
• Stay up to date with the latest research and technology, effectively communicating this across the business through the implementation of new policies and procedures.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Active NMC/HCPC registration.
• Qualification within IPC.
• Proven track record working within Infection Prevention and Control.
• Having a positive approach and a genuine desire to improve outcomes is crucial.
