Business Development Manager

Are you an experienced Business Development Manager working within Healthcare, and are you looking for an exciting new opportunity in London? If so, we want to hear from you! Stroud Resourcing is seeking an ambitious and driven Head of Business Development to join our client's dedicated and passionate team.

This role offers an excellent salary of up to £80,000 and many fantastic benefits. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week across typically 5 days, Monday – Friday. 4 condensed days may be considered for the right individual.

It’s an incredibly exciting time to be joining this state-of-the-art, specialty hospital. This purpose-built facility has received huge investment, and its facilities include 43 beds, 8-bedded advanced cellular therapy unit, JACIE Accredited hematopoietic stem cell transplant unit and much more. This hospital is perfectly equipped to deliver specialist, complex hematology and oncology care.

As a Business Relations Manager you will:

• Strive to achieve continued sales growth through your professional and ethical approach with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
• Implement your sales strategy and manage your diary effectively, using your existing healthcare knowledge to expand the business’ market share of patient referrals from both International and Domestic markets.
• Build effective, long-lasting relationships with a range of key internal and external stakeholders.

To apply for this BDM role you must have previous experience as a Business Development Manager within the hospital healthcare market. We welcome applications from both the Private Sector and NHS. To achieve the top end of the salary you must be competent in account management, success in selling & relationship building, strong influencing & negotiating skills, and strong communication skills (both written & oral). We also welcome applications from ambitious Business Development Leads looking to step up and take on this management role.
