Joanna Stroud, Managing Director
With a background in retail management, Joanna moved into recruitment, initially as a head-hunter, becoming an expert in recruiting ‘difficult to fill’ vacancies. In 2006 she moved into the management of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Solutions. Stroud Resourcing’s service proposition was built utilising these combined skills and her retail experiences have influenced an unwavering commitment to customer service resulting in delivering great business practice and process.
“We’ve delivered an award-winning RPO contract and secured numerous contracts with FTSE 250 employers. In our recent commitment to pursue growth, we have invested heavily in business process and launched a Graduate Academy in 2017 – it’s anticipated that this will set a new benchmark for excellence within the recruitment industry. The team is growing and it’s great to be able to draw on the skills and ideas of others. My role is to keep the business moving forwards.”
