Joanna Stroud, Managing Director

With a background in retail management, Joanna moved into recruitment, initially as a head-hunter, becoming an expert in recruiting ‘difficult to fill’ vacancies. In 2006 she moved into the management of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Solutions. Stroud Resourcing’s service proposition was built utilising these combined skills and her retail experiences have influenced an unwavering commitment to customer service resulting in delivering great business practice and process. 

“We’ve delivered an award-winning RPO contract and secured numerous contracts with FTSE 250 employers. In our recent commitment to pursue growth, we have invested heavily in business process and launched a Graduate Academy in 2017 – it’s anticipated that this will set a new benchmark for excellence within the recruitment industry.  The team is growing and it’s great to be able to draw on the skills and ideas of others. My role is to keep the business moving forwards.”


Guy Stroud, Director

As former Managing Director for a start-up global executive search firm, Guy led a successful period of growth, developing a supportive infrastructure that grew the business from six to eighty consultants over a three-year period. Guys plays an active part in supporting and developing industry knowledge amongst our people and is responsible for establishing new growth areas.

We represent some of the industry’s most eminent health and social care employers and my role is to ensure that everyone in our business understands the industry they represent.”


Andrew Frost, Training Manager

With a track record that incorporates 14 years with Tesco as Regional Capability & Development Coach and latterly with Beneden Healthcare, Andrew is well placed to support Stroud’s high growth curve. Trainer, coach and mentor, Andrew’s skillset sits within both the design and implementation of training programmes and in improving operational capability.
