The use of outsourced recruitment is becoming increasingly popular as less businesses are using an 'in-house' recruitment team due to the benefits that an outsourced service can provide. Findings from the 'CIPD Resourcing and Talent Planning 2015 Survey' showed that the number of companies that conduct all recruitment activity in-house has dropped from 69% in 2013 to 58% this year. Organisations are increasingly introducing outsourced processes into their business either by fully outsourcing or by combining in-house and outsourced approaches. The survey also showed that while a third of respondents for this year’s survey have reduced their use of recruitment partners, incredibly, the amount of companies that do use outsourced services has doubled, with companies stating that they have built close relationships with recruitment partners and that they are an integral asset for attracting top talent.
