Stroud Resourcing were assigned to manage a head hunt campaign for a Head of Clinical Oncology Services for a Leading London Private Hospital Group.
The clinic was a new venture and was due to launch in September. There were no internal candidates in the frame and the existing database recruitment suppliers had been unsuccessful in providing suitable candidates. Restricted timescales was a key challenge.
Stroud Resourcing worked with the client to create a comprehensive vacancy brief and adopted their bespoke head hunting and research methodology. Stroud Consulting met with candidates face to face and carried out a competency based interview. Only the best candidates were put forward. The shortlist was presented to the client in twenty-seven days. Two of the three candidates submitted progressed to final stage. The preferred candidate was successfully offered and is looking forward to joining the company As part of the thorough head hunting process that Stroud Resourcing adopted a candidate was identified that was suitable for Sister Chemotherapy. This individual was successfully appointed.
