This year has been quite an extraordinary transitional period of growth and new beginnings for Stroud Resourcing, beginning with a relocation to the beautiful City of York.
Earlier this year we secured a Recruitment Process Outsourcing Contract with The Kent Institute of Medicine (KIMS). KIMS is an £85m development nestled in 7 acres of land in Maidstone,Kent and is an independently owned private tertiary hospital due to begin admitting patients in April this year. Their mission is: To provide the best care to every Kent patient in the communities in which we serve, through a uniquely clinician-led service of innovative clinical practice, education and research, Stroud Resourcing has the enviable and honourable task of recruiting all hospital clinical and non-clinical roles. KIMS will be creating approximately 400 jobs.
Back in June 2012 a leading private hospital group engaged Stroud Resourcing to recruit a Head of Sales & Marketing which led to us to support the business with a number of corporate campaigns. In June 2013 we instigated a supplier review and received excellent feedback. Consequently, the Chief Operating Officer made a recommendation to his extensive population of Hospital Directors to work with Stroud Resourcing and we have had a very busy latter half year supporting the hospitals with key recruitment. We have continued to maintain our status as the preferred head hunter for London’s Leading Private Hospital Group and have recruited extensively for this client over the last 3 years.
In the last 12 months we have made some significant healthcare appointments, such as Head of Sales and Marketing, Head of Commercial Contracts, Chief Executive, Finance Director, Fertility Director and various Nursing Director roles. We have also placed key roles within individual hospitals across the UK such as Imaging Manager, Theatre Manger and Surgical Services Manager. We have made a significant investment in developing and improving our IT infrastructure and appointed five new team members across Stroud Resourcing healthcare and medical devices division.
We reached a milestone of 5 years’ trading in July, and following this, we have invested in a considerable review and re-established our values. We are now looking forward to launching a new website that reflects our business and where we are today.
